  1. How long does it take for delivery?- 7-10 working days.
  2. What payment methods do you accept?- We accept Paytm, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, UPI, PhonePe, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and many more payment methods.
  3. Do you accept COD?- No we do not accept Cash on Delivery for any orders.
  4. Where do you ship?- We ship PAN India
  5. Do you offer expedited shipping?- We offer same day delivery only in Delhi NCR at extra shipping charges (charges depend upon location to location). Notice for expedited orders should be given some good hours before dispatch. We do not take any next minute or immediate orders.
  6. Can I cancel/edit my order once it’s placed?- We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
  7. How do I make sure I order the right size?- We only have one sizes in our products. In case you need any help regarding the sizes or fit of the sunglass on your face, feel free to contact our customer service.
  8. How do I track my package?- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on it’s journey to you.
  9. How do I order something that is out of stock?- You can drop us an email on info@poshqweens.com when something is out of stock and we will try our best to update you when it comes back in stock.
